What is . . . ?

I am dedicated to promoting your overall health and well-being through this ancient healing art. Acupuncture involves the insertion of thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body to stimulate energy flow and restore balance. This practice can help alleviate a variety of conditions, including chronic pain, stress, digestive issues, and more. By targeting the body’s natural healing processes, acupuncture supports physical and emotional wellness, offering a holistic approach to your health care needs. Our sessions are tailored to your individual concerns to optimize your experience.

The Quantum Alignment Technique (QAT) is a method that helps your body to safely release stored trauma and reconnects “the cells and tissues to the quantum field (the matrix). During the treatment we use special devices that will connect with the vibratory patterns needed for restoring health.”

Neuro-Acupuncture represents a modern fusion of traditional Chinese needling practices, Scalp Acupuncture, and insights from Western medical expertise in neurology, neuroscience, and neurological rehabilitation. This advanced technique is particularly potent in addressing both chronic and acute pain issues. Additional, this method has a high efficacy addressing nervous system disorders with positive outcomes.

This very non-invasive form of fully-clothed bodywork erases muscle bands of ticklish, tenderness and tightness reflexively and instantly. Through a series of palpatory movements, NRT uses various ranges of motion and stimulations to “reset’ muscles to a more optimal state of function gently and effectively. Additionally, this work is excellent for releasing pain from seemingly non-remarkable causes.

Oov, move, groove! Invented by a brilliant Australian osteopath (Daniel Vladeta, D.O.), the Oov will help you to re-educate faulty movement patterns, improve balance and maintain your core postural alignments using your “brain maps.”

Using negative pressure, silicone cups help increase circulation and reduce pain by decompressing anatomical structures underneath such as nerve fibers, lymph through fascia that connects muscle, tendons and ligaments. This has great success for sports medicine diagnosis.

Fire Cupping
Fire cupping is used for Traditional Diagnosis of where pathogenic influences can be hiding out. It has well researched efficacy for coughs and helping to shorten the lengths of colds and post COVID sequela of symptoms.

Moxa (Artemisia Bulgaris), commonly known as mugwort, is a traditional herb used in the practice of moxibustion, a therapy often integrated with acupuncture. Moxibustion involves burning moxa, usually in the form of a stick or cone, near specific acupuncture points on the body to warm and stimulate these points. This process is believed to enhance the flow of qi (vital energy), improve blood circulation, and promote healing for conditions such as, chronic pain, digestive disorders, and post surgical recovery. Moxibustion is valued for its ability to complement acupuncture, providing a synergistic effect that support therapeutic outcomes.
