Structural form and function are integral to restoring postural alignment. Feeling increased freedom of movement and lighter taller after treatment is a real bonus. Atypical of Swedish Massage, Paul St. John Neuromuscular/somatic Therapy, Acupressure, and unique medical massage techniques do not use a lot of oil and are specific to help relieve trigger point ischemia with nerve entrapments. Decompressed muscles and fascia help relieve tension and pain, restore tissue circulation and alignments to deeply relax the entire nervous system.
