OovTM move, groove! Invented by a brilliant Australian osteopath, the OovTM will help you to re-educate faulty movement patterns, improve balance and maintain your core postural alignments using your “brain maps.” The BalansitTM will help you to make gains to hold postural corrections for daily living or performance for longer periods time than without. Experienced as an elite multi-sport athlete, coach and exercise instructor, you will receive one-on-one movement training from Yoga/Pilates foundations. Movement Re-education is a perfect augmentation or follow-up to any treatment session for recovery and for performance. Equipment provided.
